We're currently recruiting a financial planner for a major Canadian bank in Baie-Comeau. Do you have the know-how, ambition and drive to share your ideas? Passion and commitment are part of this Bank, and we're looking for people like you. 

As a financial planner, you'll play an important role with your customers. Across the 7 fields of financial planning, you'll work closely with the team to help and advise your customers in a distinctive and personalized way as they achieve their life goals through the development of their financial plan. Your work will enable you to develop your business relationships, entrepreneurship, advisory role and put your leadership skills to good use.  

Responsibilities: 

• Carry out personalized financial planning to meet your customers' needs and objectives; 
• Identify customers' investment and financing needs in order to offer them the best financial planning solutions; 
• Identify and exploit business development opportunities to increase the number of new customers and grow the volume of existing portfolios; 
• Keep abreast of changing customer needs in order to offer customized solutions and an outstanding customer experience; 
• Ensure the application of service and operational quality standards, as well as compliance and risk management rules.

Skills and qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree (or IQPF-recognized equivalent) plus relevant business development experience in the financial consulting field; 
• Diploma from the Institut Québécois de Planification Financière (IQPF); 
• Mutual Funds Representative License (REC); 
• Excellent command of French required, as you will be dealing with a French-speaking clientele; 
• Experience in portfolio management with business development objectives to meet 
• Good team player and collaborative spirit.
