Job description :

For this Customer Service Representative position, our client is looking for someone who will provide the best possible service to answer questions about their products, services, policies and claims through inbound calls, chats and emails. Problem solving skills are important as this position requires finding solutions to customer issues in a friendly and proactive manner. The job also involves making sure clients have the right information and support for their financial and health goals.
