Job description :

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team as an Occupational Therapist specializing in mental health, physical health and corporate intervention. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions to support individuals in their recovery and overall well-being, as well as developing and implementing tailored intervention programs for the specific needs of clients in the workplace.

Main responsibilities:

• Take charge of adult clients with mental health problems, such as depression, burnout, etc. ; 
• Assess functional abilities, establish goals in conjunction with the client and implement the treatment plan treatment plan; 
• Intervene in the workplace to prevent disability and/or facilitate reintegration facilitate reintegration into the workplace by negotiating a margin of maneuver; 
• Participate in interdisciplinary exchange meetings to evaluate the progress of common information sharing with the team of professionals; 
• Set up and run workshops for clients.

Skills and qualifications :

University degree in occupational therapy;
Member of the Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec;
Excellent interpersonal skills; 
Willingness and ability to work as part of a team; 
Positive and proactive client approach.
