Job description :

We are looking for an experienced Concierge to join our team and provide a high quality service. As a personal concierge, you will be responsible for meeting the varied needs of the family, ensuring an exceptional level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage travel, including booking flights, hotels, transport etc;
• Manage the family's various properties in Canada and abroad;
• Ensure the maintenance and smooth running of domestic equipment;
• Coordinate the services of external service providers;
• Ensuring the security and confidentiality of the family's personal information;
• Organising private or family events as required, including coordinating with suppliers, managing invitations, and supervising during the event.

Skills and qualifications :

• Previous professional experience as a personal concierge, or similar position, preferably 5 to 7 years.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Significant experience in organising and coordinating private events.
• Experience in managing and supervising domestic staff.
• Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to adapt quickly to the changing needs of the family.
• Bilingualism in French and English required
• Valid driving licence and ability to drive if required.
