Job description :

Our client specialises in the temporary charter of whole aircraft for private and corporate clients. As a broker, they connect customers with partners to meet their jet charter needs, ensuring a seamless and luxurious travel experience.  

 As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in growing our client's business and promoting their jet charter services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting for new customers:Use customer relationship management tools and networking to identify and engage potential customers interested in jet charter services. 
  • Promotion: Actively promote our client's jet charter services to corporate and private clients, highlighting the benefits and personalised travel experiences they offer.  
  •  Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.  
  •  Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with customers and oversee the booking process from initial enquiry to final booking, ensuring the process is smooth and efficient.  
  • Travel: Willing to travel as necessary to meet customers, attend industry events and effectively represent the company. 

Skills and qualifications :

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as commerce or marketing.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer service would be an advantage, but is not required. 
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry or luxury travel sector would be beneficial. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to create and present compelling business proposals. 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. 
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to respond proactively to customer needs. 
  • Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools for prospecting and customer management. 
  • Knowledge of standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite). 
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and conclude agreements that benefit the company and its customers. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously. 
  • Highly motivated, dynamic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
